Our volume discounts are very attractive but they are subject to unit orders (because of logistic and administrative costs).
Clients with regular orders but smaller volumes need a more flexible solution. |

For such cases, we offer PRE-PAY PLANS : |

Pre-pay Plans are established by a single concept: |
- task (Translation, Editing, Specialist Translation, Automatic Translation, etc.)
- language pair (English>Spanish and Spanish>English are two different Pre-pay Plans, for example) and
- format (Word, Excel, etc.)

Procedure |

|
A specific number of words is contracted. As you send in blocks of texts, we discount the overall balance until the Pre-pay Plan is used up.
Notification 80% used
Before the whole amount is used up, though, we notify you once 80% of the overall balance has been used, so that you can request a renewal in advance to avoid delays in the management of future texts.
Balance status report
You can request details of the balance of words used and words remaining at any time. The report also gives you the detailed and rounded cost of each text. |
